While we do our best to keep our product information, prices and pictures up to date, this is not always possible. Illustrations and photos contained in this Site are sample representation of the Products advertised, and variations may occur from time to time and from store to store. A Man’s Toyshop reserves the right to amend, add or remove content from the website at any time, without notice.
A Man’s Toyshop and it’s suppliers will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use the tools and equipment listed on this site. Use of the equipment shall only be carried out by capable persons who understand the potential hazards as well as the safety precautions to prevent those hazards from occurring.

PRICING
All prices are shown as AU$ and include GST and are subject to change. Price does not include delivery. A Man’s Toyshop sales staff will contact you after purchase to provide a quote on freight if required. A Man’s Toyshop will not be held responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer as a result of errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the website.
STOCK
Stock quantities are accurate to the last stock count but are subject to change. If we are unable to provide a particular product then we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible and may suggest an alternative. Clearance stock is sold “As Is” with warranty, unless stated in the product description.
ONLINE ORDERS
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found a cheaper item elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
When selecting in-store collection, our sales staff will contact you to confirm the goods are ready for collection. All order enquiries can be directed to [email protected]
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery using the methods provided. The website employs PayPal secure payment gateway to secure our payment systems. A Man’s Toyshop will not be held liable by a user where a credit card or PayPal account has been fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner. FREIGHT
Please allow 7 days from purchase for delivery of stock. Some stock may not be available for immediate delivery. While we make every effort to get goods to you in a timely manner we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or delays by third party suppliers.
Free Delivery to Queensland Customers for Orders Over $150, up to 15kg in Weight
This excludes products classified as dangerous goods and certain items that cannot be posted or transported.
Power Tools and other exempted items are not included in the free delivery deal.
Large volume items excluded. Freight companies can be very difficult when it comes to shipping items that are considered a large volume. Large or awkwardly shaped items may take up more room in the truck and therefore freight will be charged by volume not weight. For example, if you were buying a mattress. It weighs 35kg, but the dimensions are 2 metres wide x 3 metres long x 300ml deep. In the transport industry this equates to a weight of 100kg, so you would pay for 100kg, not 35kg.

DAMAGE
If you find that damage has occurred to your order during transit, please note on the consignment docket that the stock is damaged before signing and taking delivery of your order. You must also notify us of the damage as well as to the transport/courier company. Please keep the goods for inspection as well as any evidence (packaging, photos) Goods left at the selected delivery address do so at their own risk.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an unused item, it must be sent back at your cost or brought into the store. The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition. If the item is found to have been used, not in good working order or missing contents, the item may be sent back to you at your cost. Faulty stock will not necessarily be refunded or exchanged but may be sent back to the supplier for repair.
WARRANTY
All items to be claimed as a warranty repair must be returned to the store or the supplier within the specific warranty period. We will not be liable for any stock that has not been properly stored or used in a proper manner.
MEMBERSHIP
A Man’s Toyshop collects personal information directly from you when you register as a Member of the website, when you place an Order, or when you contact [email protected]. Personal information may include your name, address, contact number and email address. Your personal information is not collected if you only browse this website. If you do not provide accurate and complete details we may not be able to validate your membership or process your order. You must not use another member’s account without their permission. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
PRIVACY
A Man’s Toyshop does not give out any information about our customers or trade/sell to third party organizations. All information is held in secure servers with the information held, used to process orders and provide membership offers to our V.I.P. Club. A Man’s Toyshop may carry out security checks on purchases over $200. Online payments are handled by PayPal. A Man’s Toyshop does not store your credit card or banking details. SERVEABILITY
If any provisions of the Terms and Conditions are unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
